When the monsoon arrives in Nagpur, it doesn't stop the vegetable seller, the rickshaw puller, or the cart vendor — they work through it, soaked. Our very first campaign put raincoats into their hands, each one carrying a handwritten note. Because the smallest details tell the most powerful stories.
